Refund Policy
Last updated: October 18, 2026 · matches EULA §14 and the product Refund Policy 1.1
PaliyTech Dubbing is a digital product: your purchase code and license key are issued right after payment and work immediately. Please read this policy before you buy.
Sales are final
Once your purchase code or license key has been issued, the sale is final and the license fee is not refundable (EULA §14) — except as described below, and where the mandatory consumer-protection law of your country gives you a refund right that cannot be waived.
EU, EEA and UK customers
By requesting and receiving your purchase code or license key, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal — at checkout you confirm this, and the confirmation is sent to you by e-mail. Your statutory rights if the software is faulty are not affected.
If the app doesn't work on your computer
Write to @PolyDubbing_bot first — most problems (activation, installation, moving to a new PC) are solved quickly. If the app doesn't work on your computer and we can't fix it, we refund your purchase in full.
How to ask for a refund
- Write to @PolyDubbing_bot, or to the support of the store that processed your payment — its contact is in your receipt e-mail. Give your purchase code or order number and the e-mail address you paid with.
- Describe the problem and, if you can, what Diagnostics (a button in the app's top bar) shows.
- An approved refund is paid back to your original payment method by the payment platform.
After a refund
When a purchase is refunded or charged back, its purchase code is blocked and the license, including the license keys issued under it, ends: please stop using the app and delete it. (EULA §11, §14)
Before you buy
Check the system requirements and the FAQ, or ask @PolyDubbing_bot — before you pay.
Payment platforms
Card and PayPal orders on this website are processed by our reseller; purchases in Telegram are paid in Telegram Stars. If the platform's own terms give you a broader right to a refund, that right applies.
