Activate your license
Up to 3 computers per purchase · the same computer again doesn't use up an activation
Enter the purchase code from your receipt e-mail and the Machine ID of the computer you want to activate. The license key appears right away — paste it into the app's activation window.
Where to find the Machine ID
- Start PaliyTech Dubbing on the computer you want to activate.
- It opens the activation window with your Machine ID — 12 characters, digits 0–9 and letters A–F, for example
3F9A1C07B2E4. - Copy it and paste it into the form above.
Up to 3 computers
One purchase activates up to 3 computers. Activating the same computer again — for example after reinstalling Windows — gives you the same key and doesn't use up an activation. Replaced your hardware and ran out of activations? Write to @PolyDubbing_bot.
If something goes wrong
- Code not found — compare it with your receipt e-mail (
PDUB-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX). Spaces and lower case are fine; the letters O and I are read as the digits 0 and 1. - All 3 activations used — write to @PolyDubbing_bot with your purchase code.
- Code blocked — the order was refunded or disputed. If you think it's a mistake, write to @PolyDubbing_bot.
- Bought in Telegram? Your key comes from the bot: send /activate to @PolyDubbing_bot.
What we store
To issue the key, your purchase code, Machine ID and platform go to our license server; it keeps them with your order together with the time and the IP address of the request (to limit repeated attempts) — so we can re-issue a key and count activations. See the Privacy Policy.
